Mr. Baker has been practicing law since 1972 and, as a criminal appeals lawyer, he has actively engaged in criminal appellate litigation for more than 35 years, beginning with handling appeals for the prosecution for over ten years as a state prosecutor. In 1983, having honed his criminal appellate skills and experience, Mr. Baker began a career in defense work that has continued to this day. Since he began his criminal defense practice, he has represented many average citizens in addition to having been involved in celebrated cases.
